I liked Julian way more in LM than I expected to before I started TDA. 

I feel like every chapter, there’s something that makes me sad for him: Julian assembling a computer in the Institute because he wants Ty to have it after all he’s lost. Julian hoping Mark would take care of everything but realizing Mark is now something else he has to deal with. Julian, at twelve, teaching himself to clean kitchens and walking miles to get groceries. Julian taking care of the entire Institute while hiding Arthur’s condition. Julian with the weight of the world on his shoulders.
